The project goal was to transform a 3-day ILT program into blended learning. Their program includes Writer Training that incorporates eLearning and instructor-led training to “learn the writing methodology.” The eLearning is part of the learner’s journey in the program and includes 15 modules.

  • 7 modules for “Precision Content Fundamentals”
  • 8 modules for “Precision Content Methods”

Flare Learning created the 15 eLearning modules including:

  • Reviewing and providing Instructional Design feedback on Precision Content’s provided finalized course storyboards
  • Ideas and creative solutions to present complex concepts or create learner interactions
  • Provided eLearning design services including developing all courses using Articulate Storyline software, to transform storyboards into fully designed and highly interactive and engaging eLearning experiences
  • Creating an initial course design then updating all modules to fit a new corporate design that was launched mid-project
  • Providing professional narration
  • Provided custom icon and image creation as part of eLearning work

The Flare team is very proud of their contribution to this highly collaborative project, and the great relationship with our client, that is reflected in the feedback we received from Precision Content’s Instructional Design Lead, Martha MacMillian:

“The team at Flare Learning were such a pleasure to work with on our project ‘Transforming Precision Content Writer Training’. Jen Bell and her team of Instructional Designers and eLearning Developers consistently delivered high-quality, beautiful eLearning modules. Her talented team brought our storyboards to life, rising to the challenge of building complex exercises and activities throughout the 15 modules. Over the year-long duration of the project, our team met with the Flare team to discuss and clarify content and timelines weekly. With multiple modules in various stages of development at any one time, Jen always had everything totally organized and on track. All work was completed on time, on budget, and with top-notch quality. We are so grateful for Flare’s partnership in this award-winning project.”

And the Flare Team is equally grateful for the opportunity to have contributed to this award-winning project. We love it when our clients get recognized for their innovative eLearning! Congratulations again!
