Neovation is a young, quickly growing company founded in 2012. We build extraordinary training platforms for our global clients.

We’re looking for a quick-thinking, passionate, competent person that will quickly assess and triage incoming support tickets and inquiries; ensure customers are delighted with our responses, assist in defining our product requirements and participate in QA activities.

You will juggle multiple tasks, meet tight timelines and focus on high-quality results. Don’t apply if you want a slow-paced job, where you do the same thing every single day, or just want to work on a single task at a time!

  • You have a proven record of building rapport with clients and delighting them on a daily basis
  • You are a patient coach and effective teacher to all clients regardless of their technical proficiency
  • You are a critical thinker and self-described continuous learner
  • You have a proven technical and analytical aptitude
  • You can effectively prioritize a multitude of tasks
  • You have demonstrated attention to detail
  • You’re passionate about maximizing client engagement and thus retention
  • You can work independently with minimal supervision
  • You have a willingness to master our platforms
  • You’re able to pass a criminal background check
  • English/French bilingual (a strong asset, but not mandatory)
