Digital Designer

Neovation is a young, quickly growing company founded in 2012. We build extraordinary training platforms for our global clients.

As a Digital Designer within our Flare Learning team, you will be working on graphic design for a mix of internal and client projects.

Internal projects include our websites and related marketing material.  Client projects include crafting a variety of interactive learning experiences such as this HR Onboarding course for Corus Entertainment.  

You don’t need to have experience building eLearning courses, you just need to be a great designer, with a solid knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite tools as well as basic HTML/CSS, a willingness to learn and a quick study. Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline is an asset.

You will juggle multiple tasks, meet tight timelines and focus on high-quality results. Don’t apply if you want a slow-paced job, where you do the same thing every single day, or just want to work on a single task at a time!
