Sales Executive

Neovation is a high-growth cloud software vendor in the Learning Management System (LMS) space — one of the hottest sectors in technology right now. We are small, growing fast, and in need of high energy salespeople.

The opportunity is huge. Forbes recently reported that the LMS space is growing by over 20% year over year. Organizations across industries are looking to improve training quality and administration, and Neovation is at the forefront. We’ve won hundreds of customers and need your help to add thousands more.

We need people with a minimum of 2 years of direct sales experience. Phone-based and outside sales experience are essential. Candidates must also understand how to sell complex products — this is software and our solution is robust.

An ideal candidate must:

  • Have a track record of over-achieving on quota.
  • Be able to manage numerous leads at various stages and sales cycles between 1-6 months.
  • Have experience closing business at the C, V and lower levels. Manage multiple stakeholders to get deals done.
  • Be extremely hardworking, persistent, polished and persuasive. We compete hard for business and need to be better than our competition.

The responsibilities:

  • Learn the product and associated services quickly.
  • Get comfortable with our business applications including CRM, proposal tools and more.
  • Achieve high activity targets initially, shifting to monthly, quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Demonstrate the highest ethical standards at all times.
