# Neovation

> Neovation is the learning and knowledge company for organizations that want more from what they already know. We turn what an organization knows into trained and certified people, answers their teams can find while they work, and automation that takes the repetitive work off their plates.

Neovation Corporation (also known as Neovation Learning Solutions) is headquartered in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and serves organizations across the United States and Canada. Neovation has worked with clients since 2012, and SmarterU since 2009. More than 500 clients and over 2 million learners have used our programs and platforms, and more than 55 experts build them. Our own team does the work, and nothing is subcontracted. On AI: "We use AI as the right hand of a human being who is responsible for the output. Everything is vetted."
