The courses exist already, built in Articulate, Captivate or Rise, or bought from someone else. What's missing is a place to deliver them that records who finished.

Add everyone at once, or let people sign themselves up

Paste a list of email addresses or import a CSV from the template, with each person's name, role and group.

Bring the SCORM courses you already have

Upload a SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 (3rd or 4th Edition) package as a ZIP file of up to 600 MB.

Courses from Articulate, Storyline, Captivate, Rise, iSpring, Lectora and most other authoring tools work as they are.

Each package has to be a single SCO, so a multi-SCO SCORM 2004 package with sequencing rules needs to be republished as single-SCO or as SCORM 1.2 first.

BrivaLMS delivers courses and doesn't author them. If you don't have courses yet, our team builds them.

Assign training the way your organization is set up

Assign a course to one person, a group, a department or everyone at once.

For each course you can set an automatic due date, such as 30 days after enrollment. You can also let learners enroll themselves, take it again after finishing, and keep it open for reference once they're done.

On Standard and Pro, learning paths put several courses in order and assign them as one, so new volunteers or new hires take them in the right sequence.

Verifiable certificates

When a learner finishes a course, BrivaLMS issues a branded certificate automatically, with your logo, the course, the date and the learner's name.

Each certificate carries a unique verification code and a link on your BrivaLMS address, where an employer or a funder can confirm it's genuine. Branded certificates come with Standard and Pro.

Completion reports

Live reports show completion rates by course, group and time period, enrollments by status, time spent by person, group and course, recent activity, and overdue training.

Choose a date range, from the last seven days to a custom period, and export any report to CSV.

Standard and Pro add quiz performance, with each learner's result on each question in SCORM 2004 courses, and drop-off analysis that shows where people stop in a learning path.

Your logo, colors and domain

On Standard and Pro, your logo, brand color and welcome message appear on every screen a learner sees, from the login page to the certificates.

You can also set the login image, the catalog subtitle and the footer text.
