We implement, administer, connect and report on your learning platform, whichever one it is, working as part of your team for a month, a quarter, a year or longer.
An LMS needs someone to configure it well, keep it current and turn its data into answers. In many organizations that work falls to one person who already has another job, or to nobody since the last administrator left.
We step in where you need us: launching a new platform, managing it week to week, connecting it to your other systems, or building the reports your leaders ask for. We can take on the whole platform or work beside your own administrators.
What we do for your LMS
Ongoing work is sold as Premium Dedicated Support, and one-off builds as Special Projects. Each section says which applies, and those are the names you see on your quote and invoice.
LMS implementation
A new LMS launches on a plan. An Implementation Manager leads the project with your team through a plan built with you: kickoff, account structure and features, configuration, content, a pilot with a few learners, user setup, a final review, launch, a fine-tuning period and a closing review.
You choose how hands-on we are. In a Standard implementation, your Implementation Manager guides each decision and your team does the configuration, with a weekly meeting throughout.
In White Glove, we do the configuration and your team makes the decisions. For a simpler rollout, LMS Onboarding gives your team three one-hour coaching calls and a milestone plan, and you implement from there.
Integrations, historical data imports and course uploads can be part of the plan. Implementation is available on SmarterU and on supported third-party learning systems.

How it's sold: Premium Dedicated Support, quoted for your project.
LMS administration
A fractional LMS administrator from our team handles the day-to-day work in your platform, as your whole administration function or beside the people you already have.
Clients use it in three ways: full administration, extra hands when there is more work than your team can absorb, or cover while an administrator is on leave or the role is empty. Some take it for a month or a quarter, and others keep it as a standing arrangement.

How it's sold: Premium Dedicated Support, usually as a block of hours you draw down through the year.
Custom LMS integrations
We build the connections that let people, records and sales move between your LMS and the other systems you use, so nobody has to type the same thing twice.
HR user sync: people added to the LMS and kept up to date from your HRIS on a schedule.
Single sign-on: learners sign in with the account they already use at work.
APIs and custom development: links to your CRM, AMS or other applications, and the workflows, automations and plug-ins your process needs.
Data migration: training history moved from your previous LMS, and historical records imported.
eCommerce and registration: self-registration forms, and courses or subscriptions sold through Shopify or WordPress, so a purchase becomes an enrollment without an administrator.
AI connections: AI tools connected to the learning platform you already use.
How it's sold: Special Projects, quoted for each build.
Reporting and business intelligence
LMS reports usually stop at enrollments and completions. We combine your learning data with data from your HRIS, CRM and other systems in Microsoft Power BI dashboards, so you see training next to the business numbers it is meant to move.
A dashboard might set sales training results beside sales performance, onboarding results beside retention, safety training completion beside incident rates, or product knowledge scores beside customer satisfaction.
Reports can refresh and go out on a schedule, with clear rules for who sees what. If you have analysts of your own, we build self-service reports and train your team in Power BI.
How it's sold: dashboards, data models and report automation are Special Projects. Regular reporting, including a quarterly review of what the numbers show, is part of Premium Dedicated Support.
Sunwing's return to work after the shutdowns
It’s been an awesome, awesome experience over the last 2 years … The Admin Services team demonstrates to me that, even if I am one of thousands of clients, I’m getting a very personal experience, as if I was the only client.
I don’t think that I can say that I have had a similar experience with other providers. It’s really top-notch!

Travel
To reopen after the COVID-19 shutdowns, Sunwing had to train hundreds of employees on new health and safety protocols before they returned, with training targeted by job role and location across airline operations, inflight crews, travel agent branches, hotels and corporate offices.
Our administrators handled the enrollments in SmarterU, staggered the rollout to match return-to-work dates, and sent regular progress and completion reports, with a weekly meeting throughout.
If you use SmarterU
SmarterU is our own LMS and the platform we administer most often. Support for the software comes from the SmarterU Success Desk™, and the services on this page are the work around it: setting it up, administering it, connecting it and reporting on it.
We work in any learning platform. Our team already administers Absorb, Docebo and Cornerstone for clients, as well as SmarterU. Tell us which one you use.
FAQ
Do you work with our LMS if it isn't SmarterU?
Yes. We work with whichever platform you use, and SmarterU is the one we work in most often. Implementation is available on SmarterU and on supported third-party learning systems.
How is it sold, and what does it cost?
Ongoing work, such as administration and regular reporting, is Premium Dedicated Support. Most clients buy a block of hours to draw down through the year; others take full administration, extra hands or cover for a set period.
One-off builds, such as an integration, a data migration or a dashboard, are Special Projects. Both are quoted once we understand the work.
How long does an implementation take?
Each implementation follows a plan built with you, with a weekly meeting until launch. How long it takes depends on your data, your integrations and how many learners you have. If you launch in phases, the later phases roll out on the schedule we agree with you.
What happens after launch?
On SmarterU, the Success Desk™ becomes your point of contact for support, and an account manager checks in to make sure you keep getting the most from the platform. If you want our help after that, administration continues under Premium Dedicated Support.
Do we have to hand the whole LMS over?
No. We can take on all of it or work beside your own administrators, and some clients start with coaching so their team can do more of it themselves.
Can you connect our LMS to our HR system and other tools?
Yes, as a Special Project. We set up scheduled data syncs, historical imports and migrations from a previous LMS, and SmarterU connects to most HR systems.
Which BI tool do you build in?
Microsoft Power BI. If you already use another BI tool, tell us early so we can talk through what that means for the work.
How can we help manage your LMS?
Tell us what you're working on and we'll suggest where to start. We reply within three business hours.
