We turn your own material into a finished, accessible course for $1,999 USD in ten business days. Send us a deck, a policy manual, or just a topic. You keep the source files.
Every organization has a list of training it needs, and the list gets longer each quarter.
Standard operating procedures
They keep getting pushed to next quarter.
Compliance refreshers
They've been almost ready for months.
Process training
Only one person knows how it's done, and nobody has written it down.
Onboarding content
It was written years ago and hasn't been updated since.
Why the list doesn't shrink
Authoring tools
You bought the licenses, but one course still takes a week of someone's time. AI can draft one faster, but an instructional designer still has to check it.
Freelancers
Quality varies from one freelancer to the next, and when a deadline slips there's little you can do about it.
Premium custom development
The timeline and cost make sense for high-stakes programs, but rarely for everyday training.
Your team's time
Your team knows the material but doesn't have the hours, so anything that isn't urgent keeps waiting.
What you get for $1,999 USD
Up to three modules
Your content is organized into sections that follow a logical order.
Up to an hour of seat time
A 10-minute course costs the same as a full hour. The length depends on your content.
Structured interactions
Drag-and-drop, click-to-reveal, hotspots, branching scenarios, and interactive diagrams.
Quizzes built in
One per module, plus a final course assessment.
SCORM 1.2 or 2004
It works in any modern LMS.
WCAG AA
Every course is built to meet WCAG AA accessibility standards.
Source files you own
Clean HTML5 and JavaScript, so you can edit the course without an authoring tool subscription.
Text-based, in English
Courses aren't narrated. If you need narration or another language, that's a Custom eLearning project.
How the ten business days work
On your side, it takes one 60-minute call and two 24-hour review windows.

1
You send your content
You send us whatever material you have. If you don't have any material yet, a clear topic is enough to start.
2
We walk you through the plan
Our instructional designer writes an ID brief and takes you through it on a 60-minute kickoff call. You have 24 hours to approve it, and we build the course from the brief you approve.
3
We build and test the course
Our eLearning developers build the course from the approved brief, including its interactions, quizzes, and assets. Then our quality assurance team tests it, accessibility included.
4
You review, and we deliver
You get one review of the working course, with 24 hours to send changes. We make them and deliver the SCORM package and the source files.

What a course costs against building it the usual way
At $1,999 USD, a Custom eLearning Express course costs about a fifth of what an hour of conventionally built eLearning usually does. Every course has the same fixed price, so ten topics cost $19,990 USD. We plan the production schedule with you.
A good fit when
You have something to start from, even if it's only a topic.
You need it in your LMS fast.
One person can make the approval decisions.
You need professional quality without a premium custom budget.
You have training waiting and nobody with the time to build it, whether you lead a learning team or an operations, HR, or program team.
Better as Custom eLearning when
The content is longer than an hour and can't be split into separate courses.
The topic needs specialized knowledge that isn't written down anywhere.
The design calls for complex, many-branched simulations or rounds of storyboarding.
You need narration or a language other than English.
The same in-house team that builds our Custom eLearning programs designs and builds every Custom eLearning Express course. Before we deliver a course, our quality assurance team checks it for accessibility and tests its SCORM package in your LMS.
FAQ
What exactly do I get for $1,999 USD?
One professionally designed course in English, with up to three modules and up to an hour of seat time. A 20-minute refresher and a full hour cost the same.
It includes structured interactions, quizzes, SCORM packaging, WCAG AA accessibility, and clean HTML5 and JavaScript source files you own outright.
What do I need to provide?
Whatever you have, such as a PDF, a slide deck, a policy manual, or a written guide. If there's no finished document yet, a clear topic works too. If the topic involves proprietary or highly specialized knowledge, Custom eLearning may suit it better.
How much of my time does it take?
One 60-minute kickoff call and two 24-hour review windows, one for the ID brief and one for the working course.
Will it work in our LMS?
Yes. Each course is packaged as SCORM 1.2 or SCORM 2004 and works in any modern LMS, including BrivaLMS. Any web developer can update the source files later, without an authoring tool.
Is this an AI-created course?
No. Every course is designed by our instructional designers and checked by our quality assurance team for accuracy, function, and accessibility before you see it. We use AI as the right hand of a human being who is responsible for the output. Everything is vetted.
What if I need more than one course?
We build several in parallel or in sequence, and plan a production schedule with you for a larger backlog. Content longer than an hour can be split across several courses.
What if I need changes after the course is built?
You get one review of the working course, with 24 hours to send feedback. We make your revisions and deliver the final package. Fundamental changes after the ID brief is approved may add cost and reset the timeline.
Tell us about the course you need.
There's no commitment. We'll reply within three business hours to check that Custom eLearning Express fits what you need and explain the next steps.
