About Core Business Solutions

Core Business Solutions is an ISO and cybersecurity consulting company that helps small businesses achieve ISO 9001 quality management certification. Organizations pursuing the standard need everything from consulting support to get started to practical training on what they must do to achieve and maintain it.

It also supports clients working toward ISO 20000-1 (service management systems), ISO 27001 (information security management systems) and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).

Every course update meant a wait for the vendor

ISO 9001 and the other quality standards change often, and courses have to keep pace with the requirements for achieving and maintaining certification.

On its previous LMS, Core Business Solutions had to send courses to the vendor with a request for each update. Learning plans had to be removed from learners whose training was still in progress, and the vendor was slow to respond and could not say when the changes would be done.

Customers working toward certification faced pauses in their training with no firm date to resume, and explaining those pauses added to the administrative load.
