California Closets 101 is a series of online modules that train all California Closets personnel to represent the brand, its history and its processes correctly. The courses cover product materials, customer engagement and sales frameworks, in English and Spanish.

The result

The final series has eight modules and more than 480 slides in English and Spanish, with interactive elements and quizzes throughout. It takes an average learner about two and a half hours to complete.
