Turn your education into the best part of membership.
Turn expertise into education that your members can't get anywhere else. We help build certifications, courses, and learning assets for associations like yours.
Ten questions, about two minutes, and nothing to look up.
72%
of association members are now required to take professional education and training, up from 65% in 2023.
That education has to come from somewhere. When it comes from your association, it gives members one more reason to join and renew.

Most education teams plan more than they can build. We bring the full team when your project lands: instructional design, development, media, and quality assurance. The backlog moves without you adding staff.
Every course we build ships to WCAG AA, with captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support. It also answers the accessibility question public-sector members and government buyers now bring into their purchasing.
For members who never make it to the annual meeting, your courses are the association. A course that looks dated makes the certification look dated too. Courses worth finishing make education something members renew for.
Your standards, recordings, and experts' knowledge could be sold as courses, to members and to non-members. We helped Canada Soccer grow education revenue 733%, built on expertise it already had.
How does your education program score?
Ten questions, two minutes, and nothing to look up. You get a score for each of the four areas, the one gap worth closing first, and a full report by email. Yours to act on, whether you ever talk to us.
What we do for an association depends on where the pressure is. You can start with one of these needs or take on several, with the LMS and systems you already use.

A challenge you may be facing
The courses behind a credential can be ten years out of date, with no routine for keeping them current. Updates tend to start only when a standard is revised or an accreditation review comes up, and then the work falls to volunteer experts who have day jobs.
How we can help
We build courses, certification preparation and instructor-led materials, or convert a classroom program to self-paced learning, and your experts give interviews instead of writing. Custom eLearning Express builds a single course at a fixed price. SmarterU sells the courses, counts continuing education credits and re-enrolls members before a certification expires, and BrivaLMS trains thousands of volunteers at a flat rate.
Members can't find what they need in years of standards, guides and recordings, so some now ask a general AI tool instead of asking you. Nobody on staff has time to keep the material up to date.
How we can help
A Knowledge Manager, a fractional learning and development expert from our team, maps what your association knows, records your experts where a gap needs them, and keeps the material reviewed and current. JoySuite answers members' questions from the material you approve and shows the source of each answer, and its Course Studio drafts training from the same documents.
Momentive Software's 2025 research found a 41-point gap between the members who want recommended learning paths and the associations that offer them. Between conferences, members may not use the content you produce. At the same time, they now expect their professional body to teach them about AI.
How we can help
SmarterU sets your courses out as learning plans in a branded portal, so members can see a path through them. We turn recorded sessions and workshops into on-demand courses. OttoLearn keeps what members learned fresh in a minute or two a day. For AI, Practical Prompting Academy's courses can be offered under your association's name, or Philip Giles, our resident AI practitioner, can give your members a live session built around their work, at no cost to your association.
One person often manages the whole education program, and nearly half of association learning businesses name insufficient internal resources as their biggest barrier to growing enrollment (Tagoras and Leading Learning, December 2025). Board packages, member questions, applications and the AGM land on the same few people, and the LMS is looked after off the side of a desk.
How we can help
Workflow Engineering takes repetitive work off your staff across the systems you already pay for. The board package starts from the open action items, member questions are sorted and the simple ones answered from what you have already written, and an application with missing pieces is caught when it arrives. A person on your team approves every output. Our LMS services team handles enrollments, records and reporting on your platform, whichever one it is.
More professionals due to recertify than capacity to train them.
NASSCO sets the standards for the underground infrastructure industry. Recertification demand outgrew live training, so NASSCO rebuilt the program as a 13-module self-paced series.
The results led NASSCO's board to approve a self-paced initial certification, the first outside a classroom since 2002.
Canada Soccer needed to train thousands of coaches across the country without taking more of anyone's time. In-person coach workshops became a bilingual blended program sold through an online store.
We were able to cut training time in half.

Content that is ready to go and needs a clean, professional build costs the least, and can often be built through our Custom eLearning Express service at a fixed price per course. Material that calls for scenarios, simulations, video production, animation, or 3D scene creation costs more. Either way, you get a fixed estimate before kickoff.
Your budget buys production capacity, not a locked scope. If an animation turns into an interactive activity, or the slide count grows as the content firms up, the new plan comes out of the same budget. No change orders, no penalty for changing your mind.
Probably, and we will tell you if not. One finished course is a real project, and a small first build is how most of our long relationships started. If what you are describing needs more than the budget allows, we will say so and show you what does fit.
The people you meet. Instructional designers, eLearning developers, video producers, graphic designers, and quality assurance analysts all work in-house at Neovation. Nothing is subcontracted. You get the whole team the day a project lands, which is what moves a project from planned to launched.
A Custom eLearning Express course is finished in ten business days. A custom course usually takes six to twenty weeks from kickoff to launch, and multi-course programs take longer.
The same things that set the cost set the timeline: how ready your content is, how deeply learners need to understand it, and how much design and media the material calls for. We build the schedule backward from the date you need it.

Less than most people expect. Plan on two or three sessions with your subject matter experts, 60 to 90 minutes each, plus review time at the storyboard and build stages. For a single course that usually totals 10 to 20 hours spread across the project. We do the building; your experts supply what only they know.
That is the normal starting point. Association expertise usually lives across your subject matter experts, conference recordings, slide decks, and other documents. We analyze your existing materials and hold structured sessions with your experts, then use that information to build the courses.
You do, including the source files. We hand everything over once the work is finished, so your team can make updates internally or take the course wherever you need it. We are also happy to handle updates and maintenance whenever you would rather we did.
Included. Every course we build ships to WCAG AA: contrast, captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation, and screen reader support. The review log comes with the delivery so you can show your work. It is built into how we work, not quoted separately.
Not directly today. The 2024 Department of Justice rule sets WCAG 2.1 AA for state and local government under ADA Title II, and most associations fall under Title III, where no equivalent web rule exists yet. Expect that to change.
Courts already apply the ADA to websites, and public-sector members and government buyers are carrying the standard into their purchasing now. Building to the standard as you go costs far less than remediating a catalog later, and accessible courses are easier for every member to finish.
Yes. Fixing a finished course costs more than building accessibility in from the start, which is useful to know when you are sequencing the work. Most associations get the best return by remediating their most-enrolled titles first, since reach concentrates in a small share of most catalogs, then building everything new accessible from the first storyboard.
Yes, and that is the most common reason associations call us. You do not have to hand over the whole list either. Pick the one course you most want finished, and we bring the full team to it: instructional design, development, media, and quality assurance. The backlog moves without you hiring for it.
Often, yes, and it is usually cheaper than starting over. We start by looking at what you have and working out how much of it carries forward. Sometimes most of it does, and sometimes a fresh start gets you there faster. We will tell you which.
That is normally where we start. Conference recordings, slide decks, a policy manual, the expertise sitting with two people who have been there twenty years: all of it is raw material. We turn what you already own into courses rather than asking you to produce something new first.
They already do, for the right course. Members pay when a course leads somewhere they need to go: a credential, a license renewal, a skill their job requires this year. What they pay for is the destination, not the content itself.
Yes, and it is usually the better lever. A higher non-member price earns revenue and recruits at the same time: the course is worth the difference, and joining becomes the cheaper way to take it. Canada Soccer grew education revenue 733% on a program built this way.

That library is the cheapest content you will ever build a paid course from, because the thinking is already done. Turning a recording into a course means adding structure, assessment, and a reason to finish. That conversion is one of the most common projects we take on for associations.
