How project points work

Project points are prepaid units of work. We estimate the points a project needs from its requirements, and during the project you can move points from one task to another without changing the budget.

If an animation turns into an interactive activity, or the slide count grows as the content firms up, the new plan comes out of the same budget, with no change orders. Points are valid for five years from purchase.

What sets the price

How complete and organized your source content already is.
How deeply learners need to understand it, from awareness through to job-ready competence.
How much instructional design it takes to turn raw expertise into training.
How far the interactivity and custom media need to go, from a clean, professional build to scenarios, simulations, video and animation.

What content you have now, and how finished it is.
Who your subject matter experts are, and how much of their time is available.
Which LMS you use, and the format it needs.
Any accessibility or language requirements.
